You will need:

1. Up-to-date browser.

2. Your will receive a link to join the online session on the email you have provided at registration. At the time of the session, click on the link and you will be taken to the virtual meeting room with your selected consultant.

3. To start the meeting, you will be prompted to share the microphone and web camera of the device you are using.

4. In the case of “Express Session”, your consultant will send you the link to the session within 15 minutes of purchase.
