I have 40 years of experience as a global corporate executive in the US, UK and Europe, managing more than 30,000 colleagues in businesses with over £100 billion in assets. I’m currently working with individuals and groups in personal development, as well as a director on the board of an organization in London. I believe business is about people and helping people successfully navigate their career is something I’ve done now for over two decades.

Now I am on a mission to democratize executive coaching and to make it more accessible. My approaches and coaching system are proven to bring results in large corporations, and in individual’s lives.
