My name is Albena. What contribution may I be to you and ​your amazing body?

Would you like to know more about me?

I grew up in Sofia, Bulgaria and I have spent half of my life in Vienna, Austria. There I studied German, Mathematics, Finance, worked for big global corporations and over 15 years ago I started actively seeking and finding ways and tools for creating a greater and happier living, for more consciousness, awareness, ease, lightness, possibilities …for me and my body.

And there it comes the accumulating of over 700 hours of practicing family & business constellations, over 600 hours practicing and experiencing various (holistic) methods like Yoga, Cranio-sacral therapy, Reiki, EFT, Gestahlt Therapy, Tai-Chi, Shiatsu, Nuad, Bach-essence therapy, colour-therapy, holotropic breathing,…), and over 700 hours of classes, advanced trainings, practicing, facilitating and teaching the new(ish) phenomenal and on the creative edge dynamic tools of Access Consciousness.

Currently I teach/facilitate courses and workshops on various topics – both online and in person, business consulting, life coaching, business coaching, social media consulting, private coaching sessions with me.
I also offer Symphony Sessions® – advanced energetic work in person or from distance based on SOP (Symphony of Possibility) by Dr. Dain Heer.
