The platform of HealnLearn has high levels of data and information protection that ensures secure video and data exchange on the platform. The video sessions are not recorded and cannot be watched live by third parties. The email and messaging communication on the platform is stored on a secure server for6 months, and then is deleted. If you would like your email communication to be erased before this deadline, please send an email to email@example.com.
Customer access to your personal information is controlled: your customer only has access to the information you have provided in your public profile.
On the platform you can manage your calendar, view your upcoming online sessions and email with your customers. All this information is available when you sign in to your personal account. For all your completed sessions you can also view sales statistics.
Minimize missed client appointments
Missed client appointments often leave providers with empty gaps in their schedule and,of course, are a loss of income. All appointments on our platform are prepaid,so any last-minute appointment cancellations will not have an impact on your schedule and income. The clients are, however, allowed to cancel 24 hours in advance.
